Multiple Sclerosis is an immune mediated inflammatory disease that attacks myelinated nerves in the central nervous system. It can cause both Multiple Sclerosis Pain Neck and Multiple Sclerosis Pain in Feet. The nerves in our body are covered with a sheath called myelin that protects them and also helps in the faster transmission of signals from the brain to the nerves.
